Groningen Museum

Hey everyone!

During the autumn holidays, I went to Groningen for a week with my family. During this, we also visited the Groningen Museum. Despite the beautiful building, the museum itself was disappointing. In the temporary exhibition "Colour!" there were only a few works that I personally found beautiful and attractive, of course this has to do with taste. Then there was the permanent collection and although it was full of works, there was little here that appealed to me either. Despite all setbacks, it was a successful trip and the city of Groningen itself is definitely recommended!

Hey iedereen!

Tijdens de herfstvakantie ging ik samen met mijn gezin een weekje naar Groningen. We bezochten hierbij ook het Groningen Museum. Ondanks het prachtige gebouw viel het museum zelf tegen. In de tijdelijke tentoonstelling "Kleur!" waren er maar enkel werken die ik persoonlijk mooi en aantrekkelijk vond, natuurlijk heeft dit te maken met smaak. Daarnaast was er de vaste collectie en hoewel het vol stond met werken was er ook hier weinig dat mij aansprak. Ondanks alle tegenslagen was het een geslaagde uitstap en is de stad Groningen zelf zeker een aanrader!
